On the passing of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, the Stamford International University community joins with all in our continued offering of deepest sympathy and condolences to the People of Thailand.
Following previous communications, it is confirmed that the University will resume normal business operations from tomorrow Monday, October 17th.
In honor and deep respect for the life of His Royal Majesty the King, a memorial service will be held tomorrow, Monday, October 17th at both our Bangkok and Hua Hin Campuses, details as follows:
Hua Hin – 11.15 am – Lobby area of the Hua Hin Campus
Bangkok – 12.00 midday – Lobby area – Building 2, Rama 9 Campus
All faculty, staff and students are requested to continue to observe the Government announcement of wearing respectful mourning clothes (black and white or dark colored clothes and as appropriate) and to maintain respectful behavior during this period of deep sorrow and mourning.
For faculty and students of the Bangkok Campus, please refer to the class and examination details as recently distributed by Mr. Adam Thompson for specific details of any changes to your timetable.
