Invitation to submit Research Papers
HICSS-43 will consist of symposia, workshops, tutorials, advanced seminars, a keynote address, a distinguished lecture, formal paper presentations, and ad hoc meetings over four days, January 5th - 8th, 2010, at the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa.
Papers may be theoretical, conceptual, tutorial, or descriptive in nature. Acceptance is based on a strict peer review in a double-blind process, June - August of each year. Accepted papers are:

Published in the HICSS-43 Conference Proceedings, distributed by the IEEE Computer Society Press, and
- Included in Explore, the IEEE Digital Library (http://computer.org/cspress).
HICSS papers emphasize advances in research and development activities in several areas of the system sciences (see Tracks). Best Papers Awards are presented in a special presentation on the last day of the conference, after a careful review by a special committee in each track.
