Payment Policy for the upcoming term (Term 3/2009)

For all students to be officially enrolled, please be informed that all payments for fees for the upcoming Term 3/2009 must be settled on or before February 8, 2010.

Additional registration payment policies:

1. Students who fail to pay for registration fee are not allowed to take midterm and final examinations.
   
2. Payment for Registration fee by installments:
   
   As announced in policy issued on January 2, 2008 that the Late Payment fee will be charged Baht 200 per day for the late payers, the university offers assistance for those who are not able to settle in full  the installment program as per below options:
   
   
   1. Payment in 3 installments with Baht 3,000 handling fee per term:
      1^st installment: with handling fee at the date of request
      2^nd installment: 1 week before midterm exam
      3^rd installment: 1 week before final exam
       
   2. Payment in 2 installments with Baht 2,000 handling fee per term to be paid at the installment application date:
      1^st  installment: with handling fee at the date of request
      2^nd  installment: 1 week before midterm exam

The late payment fee Baht 200 per day will be ceased upon the installment application date.

If the student fails to pay the first installment when due, the students will be charged the late payment fee  Baht 120 per day until the installment is settled.

If the students settle the total outstanding balance before the mid-term installment due date, the university will refund  Baht 120 per day from the settlement date until the mid-term installment due date, but not exceeding 10 days.

If, upon the due date of the mid-term or final exam payment, the students fail to settle the registration fee in full, they  will not be eligible to take midterm or final examinations, as the case may be.

The number of dates calculated for fee/fine/refund exclude weekends and government holidays.
