STUDENT SERVICE HUB

We Listened to You STIU wants to achieve excellence in education, but also in the services we provide, so as to ensure our students enjoy the university outside of class too. We’ve listened to our student feedback and we set out to provide better student service.

Different agents from various departments will work side-by-side to help solve your case on the spot: the Student Records team (Registrar), the Academic Support team, the Student Service team (scholarship, visa etc.), the IT Support team, and the Cashiers team—even the Nurse will be located at the Hub. Of course, sometimes you will need to speak to your advisor or lecturer, or some senior staff working behind the scene: the Student Service Hub team will be glad to make an appointment with them for you.
