IT Support Engineer

Position: IT Support Engineer

Campus: Rama 9

Required qualifications:

  • Advice and guide peers via automated process automation reviews
  • Research for a better solution that could be implemented in the future development
  • Manage and coordinates urgent and complicated support issues
  • Act as an escalation point for all requests and incidents
  • Develop and mature phone/ticket escalation processes to ensure free-flowing escalation and information within the organization
  • Determine the root cause of issues and communicate appropriately to end-users
  • Install and manage a configuration of computer systems
  • Set up new user accounts in Microsoft Windows Active Directory, Blackboard (Learning Management System), Email, and Online Library
  • Track and maintain the office’s equipment inventory
  • Support online classroom
  • Provide training for all Stamford IT systems for new students, such as Wi-Fi, Stamford email, BlackBoard, and Online Library
  • Manage and maintain the digital signage
  • Must be Thai nationality and residence in the kingdom of Thailand
