To Do List for Graduated Students

For the following graduated students, please follow the process below;
UG student who completed all the courses following study plan and PG students who submitted the final paper, are confident to graduate in this term.
นักศึกษาปริญญาตรีที่เรียนครบหลักสูตรการศึกษาและนักศึกษาปริญญาโทผู้ที่ส่งเอกสารวิทยานิพนธ์หรือภาคนิพนธ์ที่แก้ไขเรียบร้อยแล้ว และมั่นใจว่านักศึกษาจะจบการศึกษาในเทอมนั้นๆ สามารถทำตามขั้นตอนด้านล่างดังต่อไปนี้

   Check your personal information at reg.stamford.edu and click “Student Information” to check your Name and Surname. If you find something incorrect or you would like to change your name or surname, please contact registrar.bkk@stamford.edu urgently. If your name gets approved from University Committee, we would not be able to change or edit any information.
   
   
   ให้นักศึกษาตรวจสอบข้อมูลส่วนตัวในหน้าเว็บ reg.stamford.edu และเลือกไปที่ “Student Information” เพื่อตรวจสอบชื่อและนามสกุล ตัวสะกดให้ถูกต้อง หากพบข้อมูลที่ต้องแก้ไขหรือต้องการเปลี่ยนชื่อ นามสกุลให้รีบติดต่อฝ่ายทะเบียนที่ registrar.bkk@stamford.edu หากรายชื่อนักศึกษาได้รับการอนุมัติจากทางสภามหาวิทยาลัยแล้ว ทางมหาวิทยาลัยจะไม่สามารถแก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลใดๆได้

   Graduation Team will send the email to your STIU email which confirm that you have potential to graduate in 2022. We will send the “Employability and Graduation Registration Form 2022” to fill out. Please click at the link below and complete the form.
   
   
   ฝ่ายจบการศึกษาจะส่งอีเมล์แจ้งยืนยันการจบการศึกษาไปที่อีเมล์นักศึกษายืนยันว่านักศึกษาได้จบการศึกษาในปี 2022 พร้อมแนบลิงก์แบบสำรวจการมีงานทำและขึ้นทะเบียนบัณฑิต เพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้กรอกข้อมูล

   Finance Department will send the email to your STIU email to inform your outstanding balance that you should pay. Students who do not complete the payment, will not be able to request for any graduation support documents.
   
   ฝ่ายการเงินจะส่งอีเมล์แจ้งทางอีเมล์มหาวิทยาลัยของนักศึกษาเพื่อแจ้งยอดคงค้างทั้งหมดที่นักศึกษาต้อง ชำระ นักศึกษาที่ไม่ชำระยอดคงค้างจะไม่สามารถขอเอกสารการจบการศึกษาใดๆได้

Request for Graduation Documents การขอเอกสารรับรองการจบการศึกษา

Please be informed that all students will get the Diploma on the ceremony only. You can request for other certified letters before the graduation ceremony following the step below.
ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาทุกท่านจะได้รับปริญญาบัตรตัวจริงในวันพิธีประสาทปริญญาบัตรเท่านั้น โดยในส่วนเอกสารการรับรองอื่นที่สามารถขอได้ก่อนวันพิธีจะมีขั้นตอนดังต่อไปนี้

1. Student can request a letter of certification following these conditions.

Documents that students can request เอกสารที่สามารถแจ้งขอรับรองได้

1. Certified letters indicate that student completed all course works and degree will be conferred in December จดหมายรับรองว่านักศึกษาเรียนจบครบทุกรายวิชาและจะเข้ารับปริญญาในเดือนธันวาคม
2. Unofficial transcript ใบแสดงผลการเรียนแบบไม่เป็นทางการ

2. After University Council approve graduated list หลังจากสภามหาวิทยาลัยอนุมัติการจบการศึกษา

1. Certified letter that student graduated and mention graduation date จดหมายรับรองว่านักศึกษาเรียนสำเร็จการศึกษา พร้อมระบุวันจบการศึกษา
2. Official transcript that have graduation date ใบแสดงผลการเรียนอย่างเป็นทางการที่มีวันระบุจบ

The 23^rd Commencement Ceremony for the Academic Year 2021 will be held on Sunday, December 11, 2022, at Royal Jubilee Ballroom, IMPACT Challenger Building, Impact Muang Thong Thani from 07:00 a.m. –1:30 p.m..

พิธีประสาทปริญญาบัตรครั้งที่ 23 ประจำปีการศึกษา 2564 จะจัดขึ้นในวันอาทิตย์ที่ 11 ธันวาคม 2565 ณ ห้อง  Royal Jubilee Ballroom อาคาร IMPACT Challenger อิมแพคเมืองทองธานี ตั้งแต่เวลา  07:00 น. – 13:30 น.

2. Dress Code for Graduates การเต่งกายสำหรับบัณฑิตและมหาบัณฑิต

Dress Option 1 ตัวเลือกที่ 1

2.1 Students Uniform ชุดนักศึกษา

1. Graduating Males: white shirt, black pants, suit jacket, tie, black leather shoes and wear Academic Gownบัณฑิตและมหาบัณฑิตชาย: เสื้อเชิ้ตสีขาวม กางเกงขายาวสีดำ เสื้อสูท เนคไท รองเท้าหนังหุ้มส้นสีดำและสวมชุดครุย
2. Graduating Females: white shirt, black skirt, black covered shoes and wear Academic Gownบัณฑิตและมหาบัณฑิตหหญิง: เสื้อเชิ้ตสีขาวม กระโปรงสีดำ รองเท้าหุ้มส้นสีดำและสวมชุดครุย

2.2 Dress Code for Graduates who are government officials

Wear full white or khaki Thai government official dress and wear Academic Gown
ใส่ชุดราชการสีขาว/ สีกากี แต่งยศตามสังกัดและสวมชุดครุย

Dress Option 2

Graduating Males: บัณฑิตและมหาบัณฑิตชาย

1. Button-up shirts เสื้อเชิ้ตมีกระดุม
2. Long pants (Jean and training pants are not permitted) กางเกงขายาว (ไม่อนุญาตให้สวมกางเกงยีนส์ และกางเกงกีฬา)
3. Leather shoes (Slippers, Sandals, Sports, or Open-toed shoes are not permitted)รองเท้าหนังหุ้มส้น (ไม่อนุญาตให้สวมรองเท้าแตะ รองเท้ารัดส้น รองเท้ากีฬา หรือรองเท้าที่เปิดให้เห็นเท้าบางส่วน)
4. Wear Academic Gown สวมชุดครุย

Graduating Females:

1. Button-up shirts เสื้อเชิ้ตมีกระดุม
2. Appropriate skirt or Dress or long pants (Jeans, training skirt or pants and See-through clothing are not permitted)กระโปรงหรือชุดกระโปรงแบบสุภาพ หรือกางเกงขายาว (ไม่อนุญาตให้สวมกางเกงยีนส์ กางเกงกีฬา หรือผ้าซีทรู)
3. covered shoes (Slippers, Sandals, Sports, or Open-toed shoes are not permitted)รองเท้าหุ้มส้น (ไม่อนุญาตให้สวมรองเท้าแตะ รองเท้ารัดส้น รองเท้ากีฬา หรือรองเท้าที่เปิดให้เห็นเท้าบางส่วน)

Student should contact the gown shop directly to reserve the gown within November 13, 2022.

4. Collect Pin(s)

To attend the ceremony, it is compulsory to wear a faculty pin and you may optionally wear a pin of distinction. You will be able to collect your pin(s) free of cost following detail below

สำหรับนักศึกษาที่เข้าร่วมพิธีประสาทปริญญาบัตร จะต้องติดเข็มประจำคณะ และเข็มเกียรตินิยม (ถ้ามี) บนชุดครุย โดยสามารถเข้ามารับเข็มดังกล่าวได้ตามรายละเอียดด้านล่าง

• For Bangkok Campus Students:

Bachelor Degree : at Students Service Hub Rama 9 Campus from November 21 – December 9, 2022  (Monday – Friday ; 9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. )

นักศึกษาปริญญาตรี : สามารถรับได้ที่  Students Service Hub วิทยาเขตพระราม 9 ตั้งแต่วันที่  21 พฤศจิกายน – 9 ธันวาคม 2565  (วันจันทร์  – วันศุกร์ ;เวลา 9.00 น. – 17.00 น. )

Master Degree : at LG Floor Asoke Campus from November 21 – December 9, 2022 (Monday – Sunday ; 9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.)

นักศึกษาปริญญาโท : สามารถรับได้ที่ชั้น  LG ศูนย์การเรียนรู้อโศกแคมปัส ตั้งแต่วันที่  21 พฤศจิกายน – 9 ธันวาคม 2565  (วันจันทร์  – วันอาทิตย์ ; เวลา 9.00 น. – 17.00 น. )

• For Huahin Campus Students : at Auditorium Huahin Campus on Sunday 27 November 2022 (9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.) After November 27, 2022 you can pick your pin (s) at Students Service Hub till December 8, 2022.

นักศึกษาที่ศึกษาที่วิทยาเขตหัวหิน : สามารถรับได้ที่  Students Service Hub ตั้งแต่วันที่  27 พฤศจิกายน – 8 ธันวาคม 2565  (วันจันทร์  – วันอาทิตย์ ; 9.00 น. – 15.00 น. ) โดยในวันอาทิตย์ที่ 27 พฤศจิกายน 2565 นักศึกษาสามารถรับชุดครุยพร้อมเข็มได้ที่ Auditorium

Alternatively, if you are not able to collect your pin in time mentioned above, you can collect your pin at Registration Counter on ceremony day.

ในกรณีที่นักศึกษาไม่สามารถมารับเข็มตามวันและเวลาดังกล่าวได้ ให้ติดต่อที่เคาท์เตอร์ลงทะเบียนในวันพิธีประสาทปริญญาบัตรได้หากนักศึกษารับเข็มไปแล้วเกิดการสูญหายหรือชำรุดเสามารถติดต่อซื้อใหม่ได้ที่เคาท์เตอร์ลงทะเบียน

In case you lost or damaged your pin, you will be able to purchase your pin(s) at the ceremony.

บัตรได้หากนักศึกษารับเข็มไปแล้วเกิดการสูญหายหรือชำรุดเสามารถติดต่อซื้อใหม่ได้ที่เคาท์เตอร์ลงทะเบียน

• Faculty Pin 100 THB เข็มประจำคณะราคา 100 บาท
• Distinction Pin 250 THB เข็มเกียรตินิยม 250 บาท

5. Graduation Photo Package

You can contact the photo shop to reserve the photos package directly.

6. Make-up and Hair Dressing

Students can contact and reserve the shop to do Make-up and Hair Dressing for example below.
