Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in:\n
      \n
    • Front Office Operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Housekeeping Operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Reservations & Revenue Basics<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Guest Service Management<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Property Management Systems (PMS)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Develop teaching materials, and assessments aligned with program outcomes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ability to teach in a culturally diverse environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Integrate industry trends and real-world case studies into teaching.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Supervise practical simulations and lab-based learning activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Contribute to course design and periodic curriculum review.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Be able to work independently<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Qualifications & Experience<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • A\u00a0master\u2019s degree (required)\u00a0or a\u00a0Doctoral Degree (preferred)\u00a0in hospitality\/hotel management or a related<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Overseas Qualification and International experience are preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • University\/College-level teaching experience in areas related to hospitality\/hotel management<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Proven experience with OPERA system<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Preferred candidates should have experience in Front Office Operations within international hotel brands.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Experience in Housekeeping operations is also desirable<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Must be fluent in English for teaching and academic communication<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Strong teamwork and leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Must have at least 1 research publication within the past five years with Scopus, TCI1, or TCI2 level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
