{"id":4657,"date":"2023-03-20T07:26:15","date_gmt":"2023-03-20T00:26:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stamford.edu\/communication-arts-program-stamford-international-university-organized-the-academic-service-activity-media-literacy-project-to-health-volunteers-at-health-center-45\/"},"modified":"2025-07-01T15:35:25","modified_gmt":"2025-07-01T08:35:25","slug":"communication-arts-program-stamford-international-university-organized-the-academic-service-activity-media-literacy-project-to-health-volunteers-at-health-center-45","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.stamford.edu\/th\/academic-events\/communication-arts-program-stamford-international-university-organized-the-academic-service-activity-media-literacy-project-to-health-volunteers-at-health-center-45\/","title":{"rendered":"Communication Arts Program, Stamford International University organized the academic service activity\u2014\u201cMedia Literacy Project\u201d\u2014to health volunteers at Health Center 45 Romklao\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On March 9-10, 2023, at Kheha Romklao, Bangkok,<strong>Communication Arts Program, Stamford International University was invited by Office of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (Office of the NBTC) to organize the academic service training \u201cThe Project of the Development in People\u2019s Learning Skill for Media Literacy Education on the Purpose of Constructive Use.\u201d Participants were 45 health volunteers at Health Center 45 Romklao, Bangkok.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/stamford.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/cap02.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-54285\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The training was held by teams of lecturers from Communication Arts program, Stamford International University. <strong>The purpose of the project is to provide knowledge and develop people\u2019s learning skills regarding media literacy for constructive use continuously and sustainably in the area.<\/strong> This project is consistent with Notification of The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission on the Second Broadcasting Master Plan B.E. 2563 \u2013 2568 (2020 &#8211; 2025), Masterplan Under Nation Strategy, and The National Reform Program in Mass Communication and Telecommunications Technology, which prescribe the 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0issue and the point of reform regarding people\u2019s media literacy. The purpose is to support the collaboration between the public sectors, private media units, and citizens, in launching a campaign about constructive media use and media literacy for every media kind concretely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/stamford.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/cap03.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-54287\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Overall, according to the satisfaction evaluation, participants are very satisfied with the project. Participants are satisfied with activities, and they think the project is interesting.
