Position Title<\/strong>: Faculty Member for Master of Music Program<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Position Type<\/strong>: Full-time\/Part-time<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Deliver high-quality teaching for Master of Music courses, covering both theory and practice in areas including but not limited to:\n
      \n
    1. Music Performance<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Composition and Arrangement<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Music Theory and Analysis<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Music Education and Research Methods<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Supervise graduate students in academic research, independent study, or thesis writing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Actively participate in curriculum development, quality assurance process, and contribute to the program\u2019s innovation and internationalization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Conduct academic research in music-related fields and publish high-impact scholarly works.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. Support other academic and administrative tasks of the department, such as student recruitment and international collaboration activities.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      1. Educational Background and Specialization<\/strong>:\n
          \n
        1. Doctor of Philosophy in Music (PhD), Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA), or equivalent doctoral degree in music, with a focus on one or more of the following areas:\n
            \n
          1. Music, Audiovisual Arts, or Music Arts<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Thai Music<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Western Music<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          4. Thai Contemporary Music<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          5. Multimedia Music<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          6. Folk Music<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          7. Musicology<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          8. Music Therapy<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          9. Ethnomusicology<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          10. Music Pedagogy<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          11. Music Performance<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          12. Composition and Creative Work<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          13. Musicology (History, Theory, Ethnomusicology)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          14. Music Technology and Industry<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          15. Music Education or Therapy
            <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          16. Academic Achievements<\/strong>:\n
              \n
            1. Minimum of 3 scholarly papers published in recognized journals in the past 5 years.
              <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. Teaching and Professional Titles<\/strong>:\n
                \n
              1. Candidates with a Professor\/Associate Professor\/Assistant Professor title are preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. Prior teaching experience at the graduate level is a plus.
                <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              3. Language Skills<\/strong>:\n
                  \n
                1. Proficiency in English for teaching and academic communication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                2. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred (strong written and spoken communication skills in Chinese).
                  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                3. Other Skills<\/strong>:\n
                    \n
                  1. Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  2. Experience in cross-cultural teaching or international collaboration is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
