The job consists of recruiting students to the university and increasing its international market presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Salary Range: <\/strong>THB 20,000 &#8211; 30,000\/month + commission<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Location: Asoke Campus, Rama 9 Campus, Hua Hin Campus<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide enrollment counseling for prospective students regarding the admissions process and requirements, academic programs, and study abroad opportunities with the highest level of customer service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in enrolling students into the most appropriate program that matches their academic and professional objectives and completing all the entry records<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the highest quality of student experience so that the prospective student is comfortable and feels well informed as to the admissions process\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advise and help potential new students qualify for university admissions and prepare them for any potential entrance exams, interview process and exam dates\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide information regarding admissions requirements and program benefits to prospective students and parents via phone, mail and personal visits along with diligent and appropriate follow-up\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Initiate marketing activities and contents on social media for advertising and PR\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support all team events to generate leads and enrollments.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support admissions team achieve team goals and objectives for STIU campuses and all programs\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure high level of data integrity into the customer management relationship software (CRM)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare weekly\/monthly sales reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Achievement in individual and team sales target<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EDUCATION\/EXPERIENCE\/COMPETENCIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or master\u2019s Degree in business administration, marketing or other related fields<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Direct consultative marketing\u00a0and\/or sales experience of at least 2 years<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent sales, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of curriculum program offerings at the university and admissions requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite and CRM database management\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strategic thinking and creativity with project management skills\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highly motivated and goal driven with a proven sales track record\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A motivated self-starter who can work on own initiative as well as contributing positively and proactively within the team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good command of English language skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Application Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please send your application materials along with your expected salary and notice period to: <a href=\"mailto:recruitment@stamford.edu\">recruitment@stamford.edu<\/a> with the subject line \u201cAdmission Counselor Application for + campus of your preferred worksite + Name.\u201d<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Summary: In this position, you will be a part of the International Admissions team of Stamford International University.
