Position Title: Full Time Business Administration Lecturer (Undergraduate Levels)

Responsibilities
- The Employee agrees to teach four (4) courses per semester and other assigned responsibilities by the University.
- Guide and help students solve any problems they may face with both academic learning and personal and assist the Dean with student counselling so as to ensure that the student continuation rate is consistent with the university requirements.
- Post 6 hours a week during which students can consult with. These hours should be filed with the Department Chairperson and Faculty Secretary and written in the Course Syllabus.
- Identify teaching directions to complete all teaching tasks thoroughly, understand the content of the courses assigned, be well-prepared for class, and follow strictly teaching plans, syllabus/TQF3/TQF5 and the teaching schedule pre-approved by the Office of Academic Affairs.
- Complete a research project and write 2 academic or research articles to be published within a year of the start of the first semester of the contract.
- Participate in teaching and research activities and collaborate with other lecturers on their team to conduct peer teaching observation as part of improving one another’s teaching skills and ability to solve practical problems.
- Agree to fully involve and actively participate in student activities, university projects as well as to perform special functions or to join special programs.
- Agree to be fully cooperative and abide by the Private Higher Education Institute Act, Rules, Regulations, and Orders issued by Office of Higher Education Commission, as well as those stipulated in the STIU Faculty Handbook.
- Other tasks assigned by the university, Office of Academic Affairs, and Program Head.
Qualifications & Experience
- A master’s degree (required) or a Doctoral Degree (preferred) in Business Administration or a related field (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Management, Human Resources, International Business, or Entrepreneurship).
- University/College-level teaching experience in areas related to Business Administration.
- Must be fluent in Thai and English for teaching and academic communication. (native proficiency in Thai is preferred).
- Strong teamwork and leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in international teaching environment or multicultural collaboration is preferred.
- Must have at least one academic/research publication in the most recent 3-5 years, published in one of the following:
- Thai-Journal Citation Index (TCI) Tier 1 Journal
- TCI Tier 2 Journal
- Scopus-indexed journal
- Web of Science (only SSCI, SCIE, and AHCI)
- ERIC
