มหาวิทยาลัยนานาชาติแสตมฟอร์ด ได้ร่วมลงนามความร่วมมือทางวิชาการกับ Vaughn College วิทยาลัยจากนิวยอร์ก สหรัฐฯ ในวิชาสาขาการจัดการธุรกิจการบิน โดยความร่วมมือครั้งนี้นักศึกษาแสตมฟอร์ดจะสามารถเดินทางไปเรียนต่อยังสหรัฐฯ เป็นเวลา 1 ปี และที่สำคัญ นักศึกษายังจะได้รับปริญญาบัตร 2 ใบ จากมหาวิทยาลัยนานาชาติแสตมฟอร์ด และจากวอห์น คอลเลจ ภายในเวลาไม่ถึง 5 ปี
