PAYMENT METHODS
Online Payment
Stamford accepts online payment with the following options:
- Credit card
- Alipay and WeChat Pay
- 0% installment at multiple banks
This is the most convenient method of payment for both Thai and international students and no transaction fees will be charged to the students.
Remark: Prospective students should contact the admission team for the payment link and instructions. Existing students should contact the finance department before initiating the payment.
Bank Wire Transfer and ATM Transfer
To make payment via bank wire transfer or ATM transfer, students need to contact the admission team to obtain the bank account information before initiating the payment.
Your bank may require an official invoice for their records when making payment via bank wire transfer. Invoices are usually mailed out to each student before term start. If for some unforeseen reason you have not received your invoice before term start, please do not hesitate to contact the admission team.
You are required to mail Stamford a copy of the Wire Transfer Receipt (clearly indicating the name of the student) following the transfer. You will still need to present the original receipt during registration.
Remark: Wire transfer is only for new students.
Students who are eligible for a refund, may request for a refund of any excess payments plus refundable deposit upon graduation, termination, or resignation.
Students must notify the university in writing before term start in order to be eligible for a refund. Refund may include only tuition and education fees but exclude non-refundable deposit. If, due to some unforeseen reason, a student is unable to attend a particular semester, he/she is requested to notify the university immediately in order to carry forward the deposited sum as payment for a future term. If due to any reason an international applicant is denied a visa to Thailand, the full amount paid will be returned minus 7,500 Baht processing charges. Bank and certain processing fees will also be deducted from the refund.
Students who have paid their tuition fees in advance for three terms can receive a refund of tuition fees and education fees paid for those terms less the non-refundable deposit and bank fees, if they withdraw before the start date of the first term. If the student withdraws on or after the start date of the first term, all fees are not refundable.
Any eligible refund will be considered forfeited if students do not notify the university within 2 years from the eligible date.
