Assoc.Prof.Dr.Atiporn Gerdruang
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Atiporn Gerdruang earned her Ph.D. in Management degree from Shinawatra University and a Ph.D. in Public Administration degree from the Management for Development College, Thaksin University. She holds a master’s degree in Population and Development from the Faculty of Applied Statistics from the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA). Before entering academia, Dr. Atiporn garnered over 16 years of work experience in various government and private agencies, including the Ministry of Education, Mahidol University, Chulabhorn Research Institute, and Rajabhat University. Her academic career commenced over a decade ago, and she possesses extensive experience in teaching, research, and institutional administration.

Dr. Suo Lu
Dr. Suo Lu holds a Ph.D. in management from Thailand and two master’s degrees from Australia. With 18 years of experience in international education, he also holds the Vocational Training Certificate issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of China. His research has been published in international peer-reviewed journals, including Scopus Q1 and Q2, as well as other high-ranking journals. His research spans various fields, including social relationships, large-scale network resource optimization, SME development, and cross-cultural management. Currently, he serves as a University Council member and the Assistant Director of the Ph.D. program in Business Administration. Additionally, he is a member of the Doctoral Program Central Administration Committee and contributes as a reviewer for the ASEAN Journal of Management and Innovation and the HREC (Human Research Ethics Committee).

Dr. Bangxin Peng
Dr. Bangxin Peng obtained his doctoral degree in management at Prince of Songkla University, Thailand. Dr. Peng has more than 10 years’ teaching experience in both Thai public and private universities. His papers have been published papers in national and international peer-reviewed journals. He conducts research on stress, burnout, job insecurity, psychological capital, and well-beings

Asst. Prof. Dr. Yan Ye
Asst. Prof. Dr. Yan Ye got a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, working in Educational Programs at Graduate School level for more than 14 years; published more than a hundred research papers in journals at the TCI and international levels; and had won “President Award”, “National Outstanding Student Award from China MOE”, “St. Thomas Research Award” “Researcher of the Year 2022 Award” in Thailand.

Asst. Prof. Dr. Chanchai Bunchapattanasakda
Asst. Prof. Dr. Chanchai Bunchapattanasakda holds master’s and doctoral degrees in business administration from the United States. Before entering academia, Dr. Chanchai accumulated over 15 years of work experience in sales, marketing, dealing, and fund management within investment management corporations in Japan, Hong Kong, Mexico, Thailand, and the United States. His journey into academia began more than twenty-five years ago, and he has since gained teaching, research, and institutional administration experience in higher education institutions across China, India, Myanmar, Nepal, Thailand, and the United States. Dr. Chanchai has authored and published more than 80 research papers in national and international peer-reviewed journals. Currently, he serves as the Dean of the Graduate School and Chairman of the Doctoral Program Central Administration Committee.

Dr. Pakakorn Thammachokchai
Dr. Pakakorn has Master in Business Administration from California State University, USA and PhD in Management. She has almost 20 years of working experience in Thailand and USA, and more than 10 years of teaching experience in Thailand’s leading universities.
