Position Title: Full Time/Part Time Lecturer for Front office and Housekeeping (Undergraduate Levels)
Major: Rooms Division (International Hotel Management)

Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in:
- Front Office Operations
- Housekeeping Operations
- Reservations & Revenue Basics
- Guest Service Management
- Property Management Systems (PMS)
- Develop teaching materials, and assessments aligned with program outcomes.
- Ability to teach in a culturally diverse environment
- Integrate industry trends and real-world case studies into teaching.
- Supervise practical simulations and lab-based learning activities.
- Contribute to course design and periodic curriculum review.
- Be able to work independently
Qualifications & Experience
- A master’s degree (required) or a Doctoral Degree (preferred) in hospitality/hotel management or a related
- Overseas Qualification and International experience are preferred
- University/College-level teaching experience in areas related to hospitality/hotel management
- Proven experience with OPERA system
- Preferred candidates should have experience in Front Office Operations within international hotel brands.
- Experience in Housekeeping operations is also desirable
- Must be fluent in English for teaching and academic communication
- Strong teamwork and leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have at least 1 research publication within the past five years with Scopus, TCI1, or TCI2 level
